  • Guest：My overall experience at the hotel was mixed. Its central location made it easy to explore the town, which isn't very big. The staff were kind and helpful; they assisted us when we didn’t know how to call a taxi. However, while we were waiting in the hot weather, a taxi arrived, and we felt bad canceling the one they arranged for us. Unfortunately, the room experience left much to be desired. The hotel staff mentioned they upgraded us, but the room was too dark and the air conditioning was broken. When we requested to switch back to our original room, we were told it was fully booked, which left us feeling a bit deceived. It seemed like the "upgrade" was more about availability than actual improvement. We only stayed for one night, so we managed, but I hope for a better experience next time. Additionally, the bed had some cleanliness issues, and while breakfast was okay, the presence of many flies was concerning. Thank you for the assistance, but I believe there are areas for improvement!
